Daya’s Grilled Cheese Sandwiches

  1. Spread Earth Balance on one side of each slice of bread.
  2. Place pairs of bread slices on cookie sheet with one butter-­‐side up & one butter-­‐side down.
  3. Place one or two slices of vegan cheese on top of the butter-­‐down slices.
  4. Sprinkle potato chip crumbles over butter-­‐up slices.
  5. Broil on low-broil till golden. Then place the cheese-­‐less slice on top of the cheesy slice with butter & crumble side up. Carefully flip over using 2 spatulas, then sprinkle potato chip crumbles over top & broil till golden. (Be careful, they broil quickly!)
  6. Slice with sharp serrated knife & serve.
  7. Great with tomato soup!
