  1. Sift flour, baking powder, and salt together.
  2. Cut in "Earth Balance" with 2 knives or a pastry cutter.
  3. Add soymilk, mix quickly, then knead into a ball.
  4. Pat out on a lightly floured board to 1/2 inch thickness and cut with a biscuit cutter or a 2 inch diameter jar.
  5. Place on a non-stick pan (so biscuits don't touch.)
  6. Bake at 450 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
  7. Serve with browned "Gimme Lean Sausage-Style Veggie Protein" & Daya's White Gravy.

  1. Mix dry and wet ingredients until moist and drop into "greased" muffin tins 3/4 full.
  2. Bake for 20 minutes at 375 F degrees.

  1. Add ingredients to breadmaker pan in the order listed.
  2. Cook in breadmaker at the rapid whole wheat setting, which takes approximately 2 3/4 hours.
  3. Remove from pan and let cool on rack before cutting with bread knife.

  1. Heat soymilk and sweet corn to almost boiling, then mix with cornmeal, salt, Vegenaise, coconut oil and baking powder. Froth Egg Replacer & warm water and add to mixture.
  2. Mix well & spread into oiled 8” x 8” pan.
  3. Bake at 400 F for 20 mins.
